Here’s a little breakdown of what to expect over the 4 weeks:
Week 1 – Prep & Foundation
We’ll focus on setting you up for success:
- How stress impacts your hormones and cravings
- What’s really in our food
- Balancing blood sugar naturally
- What to avoid and what to add in to feel your best
- Recipes and menu planning to keep things simple and realistic
Week 2 – Lifestyle Hacks & Intuitive Shifts
- Introducing gentle intermittent fasting (if it suits your body)
- Easy, doable lifestyle changes to support your energy and hormones
- Becoming curious about your symptoms
- Exploring what works for you (because it’s never one-size-fits-all!)
Week 3 – Detox, Gut & Sleep
- Gut and liver support with a gentle detox guide
- Understanding food labels and making smarter choices
- Creating a sleep routine that actually works for - your lifestyle
Week 4 – Next steps to keep you motivated and celebrate your wins.

-Identify where more help is needed.
-Solidify habits so results last.
-Create a plan for whats next
You’ll also have access to recipes, resources, and a lovely group of women on the same journey. It’s designed to be supportive, realistic, and empowering not overwhelming.
This Reset is all about you and about discovering the power of community. You’ll walk away feeling supported, informed, and empowered to make small, sustainable food and lifestyle changes that add up to big results. Whether you’re just starting to question diet culture or you’ve been on this path for a while, these session will help you reconnect with your body’s needs, build confidence around healthy choices, and find a tribe of like-minded women who are on the same journey. We can’t wait to share this experience with you!
Metabolic Reset :- at the Reading Room, Grantchester Village Hall
(Prep talk & 3 wks)
Here’s how it will work:
- Prep Phase: 1 week of eating clean, following the principles from our Reset, to help your body learn to “metabolic switch.”
- Fasting Phase: Intermittent fasting tailored to you using the 4-2-1 method for two weeks: some of you will want to do longer some shorter fasts its unique to our own needs.
- 4 days – 13 hours fasting
- 2 days – 17 hours fasting
- 1 day – no fasting
- New Tools:
- Two new eating styles: lower carb days and hormone-feasting foods
- Work with your unique body’s symptoms
- Blood sugar hacks & fasting hacks to stay focused and energised
- Detoxing pathways
- Resources, habit trackers, and guidance on breaking your fasts
- Support: WhatsApp group for daily updates, tips, and motivation
If you get symptoms along the way, we’ll work with your unique body type — because there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.


Nourish & Nurture – An Evening of Self-Care & Reflection 15th May 6:30-9:30pm @ Anstey Hall, Trumpington.

What to Expect:
- Begin with a calming cup of herbal tea, easing out the day and into presence
- A self-care talk to inspire reflection on your own needs, dreams, and intentions
- Set your personal wellbeing goal with a gentle mission statement exercise
- Drop into stillness with a deeply restorative Sound Bath, allowing space to reflect and reset.
- Enjoy a delicious DIY buddha bowl tasting while exploring the benefits of food as medicine
- Let your creativity flow during our vision board art session - tapping into your dreams and desires.
- Close the evening with a peaceful guided meditation, ready to take calm and clarity into your night.
This evening is about you - a nurturing space to fill your cup, reconnect with yourself, and support a meaningful cause while doing so.
