About Me

 

Hello! I’m Mandy Hill, and I’m lucky enough to call the beautiful town of Cambridge, UK, my home. With over 30 years of experience in the food industry, I’ve developed a deep passion for wellness, nutrition, and empowering others to take control of their health. 

 

My journey has been both challenging and rewarding, and it has brought me to a place where I feel truly fulfilled—both personally and professionally. Now, I’m thrilled to share that journey with you and help you discover your own path to wellness and vitality!

 

My relationship with food and well-being wasn’t always positive. For many years, like so many women, I was busy prioritising everything else—family, friends, work, and all the little demands that life throws at us. While taking care of others was important, I came to realise that I had neglected the most critical investment: myself. 

 

This realisation came at a time when I was battling the ups and downs of menopause, and my health began to spiral. I was tired, overwhelmed, and frustrated with how I was feeling physically and emotionally.

 

 

That’s when everything changed. I decided to take back control of my health and empower myself through education. I threw myself into learning, diving deep into the science of menopause and nutrition, and discovering the life-changing benefits of fasting, especially with Fast Like a Girl (FLAG). With each step, I gained not only knowledge but also confidence and renewed energy. I came to understand that food and lifestyle are so much more than just basic necessities—they are powerful tools for healing and transformation.

 

Now, I view food as the most important investment we can make in ourselves and our families. Food isn’t just something to “get by” on; it’s a resource for health, energy, and well-being. My experience taught me that making small, intentional changes to what we eat, how we care for ourselves, and how we manage our bodies can lead to dramatic improvements in how we feel and function each day.

 

With this knowledge and a newfound sense of purpose, I made it my mission to help others—especially women who are navigating similar challenges. I became a certified menopause coach and continued to deepen my understanding of nutrition. Today, I’m passionate about guiding other women through their own journeys of wellness, helping them find the balance between nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care that leads to long-term, sustainable health.

 

Whether it’s replacing processed foods with wholesome alternatives, creating a structured meal plan, or understanding the healing benefits of fasting, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My approach is rooted in making small, manageable changes that fit into your daily life—because I believe that true transformation happens when the changes are both practical and sustainable.

 

My mission is to help women like you feel more balanced, energised, and confident in their bodies. Whether you're looking to regain your energy, find strength, or simply take control of your health, we’ll work together to build a plan that suits your unique needs. You deserve to feel your best, and I’m committed to helping you achieve that.

 

 

 

 

I’m also a firm believer in the power of manifestation. Vision boards have played a huge role in helping me realise my goals, and I’ve seen amazing results from putting my dreams into visual form! 

 

A little more about me: When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me outdoors—whether it’s walking, cycling, wild swimming, or simply enjoying nature. 

 

I love incorporating 48-hour fasts into my routine; they always leave me feeling like a brand-new person, both physically and mentally. 

Right now, my focus is on gaining muscle, becoming physically stronger, and continuing to empower women to live their healthiest, happiest lives. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone unlock their potential and feel empowered in their own body. I can’t wait to be part of that journey with you.
